On a rainy evening of 18th June 2025, Pune’s vibrant HoReCa community—hotels, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries—came together under one roof for a powerful industry gathering. The event, hosted by Kitchen Herald, brought together over 50 professionals and decision-makers, including chefs, purchase managers, business owners, and representatives from key hospitality and foodservice associations.
